Serving the Metro East and surrounding counties, Premier Title and Escrow Company was established in June of 2002 by a diverse group of local shareholders. A local real estate attorney, Neal Wallace, serves as our President. We currently serve the counties of Madison, St. Clair, Macoupin, Jersey, Calhoun and Greene.
